CRANIAL meaning "of or relating to the head"
and GUNK meaning "filthy, sticky, or greasy matter."

CRANIAL GUNK is is the word I use for those unformed ideas, thoughts, or feelings stuck in your head that may or may not make sense. I take those thoughts and ideas and develop them in to workable educational curricula and programs.

CRANIAL GUNK is cognitive chewing gum – the more you pull at it the stickier it gets.

CRANIAL GUNK is nonsense. These ideas gumming up your cognition have no immediate or practical applications (and they are not grand enough in scale to be considered daydreams). However, if implemented properly some of them just might turn out to be the best ideas you have ever had.
